Frequently Asked Questions

Do users need to download an app from the App Store?
No! iMap is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Users simply scan a QR code and the map opens instantly in their browser (Safari or Chrome), requiring zero downloads.
How accurate is the GPS routing?
We use advanced client-side Dijkstra algorithms with Turf.js. The app uses the device's native GPS and compass to provide high-accuracy, turn-by-turn navigation even on unmapped private roads.
How does Fleet Management track the vehicles?
Your drivers log in using a secure account and press 'Start Shift'. The app securely broadcasts their location to the AWS Cloud, which updates the map for your guests in real-time. No extra hardware required.
What about privacy and GDPR compliance?
iMap is 100% GDPR compliant. The GPS tracking for guests happens entirely Client-Side (on their own device). We never store or track individual guest locations on our servers.
How long does it take to map my resort?
Using our God-Mode Admin Panel, we can trace buildings, pools, and routing paths over satellite imagery within a few days. The setup is completely remote and requires zero disruption to your daily operations.
Will this work if Wi-Fi or 4G signal is poor?
Yes. We utilize advanced Service Workers and caching. Once the map is loaded initially, the routing engine and core map data work offline perfectly.
What if we renovate or build a new path?
Updates are instant. You (or our team) can simply log into the Admin Panel, redraw the path or building, and click publish. All guests will immediately see the updated map.
