This Cookies Policy explains what cookies are and how iSPACE I.K.E. uses them on i-space.gr and within our embedded services (such as the AI Assistant widget).

Local Storage (HTML5) is an industry-standard technology that allows a website or app to store information locally on your device. We use this primarily for our AI Assistant to function securely and anonymously without dropping traditional cookies.

We classify the cookies and tracking technologies on our platform into three main categories:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: These are essential for you to browse our website and use its core features. They include security routing (AWS load balancers) and remembering your language preference (EN/GR). Under GDPR, these do not require your consent.
• Functional Storage: Used to remember choices you make. Our primary functional use is the localStorage object utilized by the iSPACE AI Widget (detailed in Section 3).
• Analytics / Performance Cookies: These cookies collect information about how you use our website, such as which pages you visited and which links you clicked. All data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you. We require your explicit consent to place these.

One of our core products is the iSPACE AI Assistant. When you interact with the widget on our website (or a Client's website), it needs to "remember" the conversation context as you navigate from page to page.

To achieve this without compromising your privacy, the widget uses HTML5 Local Storage instead of invasive cookies. It generates a completely randomized, anonymous string (a Session ID) stored locally on your device.

Privacy Guarantee: This session ID is not linked to your IP address, location, or name. Neither iSPACE nor the Website Admin can identify who you are based on this storage item.

To understand how users engage with our platform and to improve our UI/UX, we rely on selected third-party analytics providers. These providers place Performance Cookies on your browser, strictly subject to your prior consent via our Cookie Banner.

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Collects anonymous metrics regarding page views, bounce rates, and general traffic.
• Microsoft Clarity: Helps us understand user interactions (like scrolls and clicks) via anonymous heatmaps. We have strictly configured Clarity to mask all keystrokes and text inputs, ensuring no personal data is ever recorded on screen.

Some sections of our website, or our 3D Virtual Tours, may include embedded content from external third parties. Common examples include embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos, Google Maps iframes, or direct links to third-party booking engines.

When you interact with these embedded elements, those third-party providers may set their own cookies on your device. iSPACE does not control the placement or function of these external cookies. We advise you to check the respective privacy and cookie policies of these providers for more information.

Via our Cookie Banner: Upon your first visit to our site, you are presented with a Cookie Consent Banner allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the floating cookie icon (if available) on the bottom corner of the screen.

Via your Browser Settings: You can also manage or delete cookies directly through your browser. Most browsers allow you to refuse to accept cookies and to delete cookies that have already been placed. The methods for doing so vary from browser to browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
